Is this workshop suitable for all ages? Yes, this workshop is suitable for babies and toddlers 0-3 years old.
What is the format of the workshop? The workshop will be held online and will include a combination of live, interactive zoom workshops and downloadable resources. The workshops will not be recorded.
Why aren’t the workshops recorded? These workshops are designed to be interactive for attendees, so you can get the most out of each session.
I don’t have childcare. Can my baby attend? Absolutely! Bring your baby and don’t stress about background noise.
How long is the workshop? The workshop will take approximately 3 hours to complete, split into three workshop calls.
Why is this free? My mission is to make gentle sleep practices more widely available, one way I can do that is to offer free virtual workshops.
